The Farewell Flower by The Perfume Sanctuary is a conceptual floral fragrance that takes inspiration from "Bai Sri," the traditional Thai art of ceremonial floral arrangements. The composition explores themes of reverence, transition, and farewell, echoing the contemplative mood suggested by its name and its reference to Thai ritual and storytelling. It opens with aromatic marigold brightened by bergamot and lemon, leading into a rich floral heart of champaca, gardenia, jasmine sambac, iris, and the soft warmth of tonka bean. As it develops, the scent reveals a denser, more intimate side, with a classic amber-like structure built around Tonkin musk, civet, castoreum, leather, costus, and vanilla, creating a contrast between luminous florals and a deep, animalic base.
