Delivery

We provide delivery services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. International delivery is not available at this time.

Our delivery fee is a flat rate of 25 AED for order value below 249 AED, irrespective of the weight of your order.

We deliver LINK parcels all over UAE within 24-48 hours.

Yes, you can! Simply enter the Airwaybill number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the following link:

If you have a registered account, you can track your order by logging into your LINK account, selecting the specific order you wish to track, and if it has been dispatched, simply click on the AWB (Airway bill) for easy order tracking.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that you may occasionally change your mind about your purchase. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team for cancellation requests through the following channels:

Certainly, you can return items purchased on Linkstore.ae with our generous returns policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is not underwear, jewelry, swimwear, makeup, perfume, or skincare.
  • Heavy items that have been assembled cannot be returned.
  • The product is undamaged, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with swing tags intact.
  • If the product was part of a special multi-buy offer, all items obtained through that offer must be returned together.

Currently, we do not offer an exchange option. We accept returns only.

To return items, follow these steps:

  1. If you're a registered user, you can initiate a return from your profile.
  2. If you haven't created a profile on our website, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance with the return process.
  3. Once we receive the items in our warehouse and they pass a successful quality check, the refund process typically takes 10-14 working days for all prepaid orders.

We will gladly refund the delivery cost of an item if the mistake was made by our team, such as sending the incorrect item or size, or if the product is damaged. However, delivery costs cannot be refunded if the receiver simply no longer wants the item.

Order Placement

  1. Choose your items, select the size and quantity, and click 'Add to Cart.'
  2. Go to your cart and click 'Checkout.' You'll be requested to enter all the necessary information, including billing and shipping details.
  3. After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Make sure to keep this email, as it contains essential information, including your order number.

Click & Collect is a free and convenient service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from our showroom, eliminating the need for doorstep delivery.

Here is what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:

  • Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our website.
  • Add these products to your basket with the 'Add to cart’ button.
  • Add your complete details.
  • Select the shipping method as “Store Pickup”.
  • Continue to the payment page and complete the purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the complete details about your order.
  • Go to the “Collect” zone inside the showroom and provide the order id to the store assistant.
  • You will be able to collect your order within 10 minuets from the time the order is created.

Yes, at LINK store, we provide multiple fitting rooms to allow customers the opportunity to try on the products before making their purchase.

As of now, LINK website is available only in English. However, we are working on introducing an Arabic language option in the near future.

  1. When you're ready to check out, locate the 'Redeem Voucher' box on the information page.
  2. Enter the promotional code in this box and proceed with the checkout process.
  3. The voucher will be applied to all eligible items in your basket at the time of entering the code.

Account & Customer Care

Click on the ‘Account’ button, then click on “new customer, signup” . You will be asked to enter your details, so on future visits, you can log into your account and view your profile, save preferred shipping addresses.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, you will only be eligible for promotions and special offers as a registered user.

When you create an account and log in, you will be able to view your previous baskets and orders with the shipping details. Also, you will be able to track your new orders with easy access.
