5-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing M&F; Luggage. This warranty is designed to protect you against genuine manufacturing defects while ensuring fair and reasonable use of our products.

1. Warranty Coverage Period

M&F; Luggage provides a Five (5) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal and intended use.

• Wheels – manufacturing defects, detachment, or abnormal rolling caused by internal failure
• Telescopic handle system – failure to extend, retract, or lock due to defect
• Zippers – defective teeth, tracks, or sliders not caused by force
• Locks – TSA or built-in locks malfunctioning due to manufacturing defect
• Internal structure – lining detachment or frame issues caused by production faults
• Shell material – cracking or splitting caused by material or manufacturing defects

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by external force, misuse, or accidents.

• Cracks, dents, punctures, or deformation caused by impact, dropping, or crushing
• Damage caused by airline baggage handling or third-party transportation
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, stains, or discoloration
• Damage resulting from overloading, improper use, or negligence
• Unauthorized repairs or product modifications
• Exposure to extreme heat, fire, chemicals, or sharp objects
• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

Physical damage caused by external impact is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

4. Airline & Third-Party Damage

Damage caused during airline transit or by third-party carriers is not covered under this warranty. Customers should report such damage directly to the airline or carrier immediately upon arrival.

5. Warranty Service Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, M&F; Luggage will, at its discretion, repair the defective part, replace the defective component, or replace the product with the same or a comparable model. Replacement does not extend or reset the original warranty period.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, clear photos or videos showing the defect, and a brief description of the issue. All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our service team.

7. Limitations

This warranty covers repair or replacement only and does not cover incidental or consequential losses, including travel delays, inconvenience, or personal property damage. All warranty decisions are final after inspection.

8. Good-Faith Clause

This warranty is intended to protect customers from genuine manufacturing defects. Claims resulting from misuse or physical damage will be respectfully declined.

M&F; Luggage reserves the right to interpret and apply this warranty policy in good faith.
