How to use
Step 1: For an even streak free tan, ensure your skin is clean, exfoliated and free of any moisturisers.
 
Step 2: Apply Bondi Sands 1 Hour Express liberally to a Bondi Sands Application Mitt before using a long sweeping motion to legs, arms and body. Use remaining residue on mitt for face, elbows and knees.
 
Step 3: Rinse skin after 1 hour for a long-lasting dark tan. For the darkest tan leave foam on skin for two-three hours. Shower with warm water and gently pat skin dry.

I've been self tanning for many years. Have gotten professional self-tans and tried all the self-tan at home products. This one is my favorite for body. Beautiful bronze color, not orange. Dries nicely and doesn't feel as sticky as others. And the express time is great. It's 1-3 hours so you don't have to sit in self-tanner for 8 hours. You can rinse it off as soon as 1 hour. I usually keep it on for 3-4 hours for the darkest color, then rinse with water. I do wait 8 hours to use soap as this is usually the case with all self-tanners.
