Burnout Syndrome by The Perfume Sanctuary is a Chypre fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Burnout Syndrome was launched in 2025. The nose behind this fragrance is Anucha Boonyawatana. Top notes are Plum Liquor, Umeshu and Mandarin; middle notes are Patchouli, Osmanthus, Cedarwood and Iris; base notes are Castoreum, Oakmoss, Vetiver and Amber.

Burnout Syndrome by The Perfume Sanctuary is built around a contemporary chypre structure, highlighting contrasts of brightness and shadow. The opening combines umeshu (plum liqueur) with plum liquor facets and a touch of mandarin zest for a fruity, slightly boozy introduction. In the heart, cedarwood, osmanthus, iris, and patchouli develop a woody, floral and earthy character. The base settles into deeper tones of castoreum, vetiver, oakmoss, and amber, adding animalic, smoky, and mossy nuances. The composition is described as a metaphor for burnout and renewal, reflecting tension between intensity and restraint. Inspired by the Thai series "Burnout Syndrome" and its themes of the intersection of love, art, capital, and technology, the fragrance interprets these ideas through a layered, evolving blend that moves from bright liqueur-like notes to darker, more grounded elements.
